Jordan Wagner is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alloire, the AI-powered growth architecture agency she has been building for a decade. She sits at the intersection of AI-native growth strategy and the frontier technologies reshaping human health and longevity — and has spent her career building at that edge.
Jordan is a growth architect. She looks at a business, finds what is actually blocking the next level — whether that is systems, partnerships, or positioning — connects the dots most people miss, and builds the thing that fixes it. The thread through everything she does is identifying the opportunity others have not seen yet and knowing who to bring together to activate it.
Under her leadership Alloire has evolved from a strategic growth agency into an AI-powered growth architecture agency operating at the intersection of AI-native personalization, strategic partnership development, and comprehensive growth orchestration. Alloire is currently building its next evolution: an agentic AI infrastructure that will redefine how growth work gets done.
Jordan is an early-stage investor in aerospace, biotech and longevity, and emerging technology. She believes the companies building the infrastructure of the next decade deserve capital and conviction today.
Longevity is not just a category she follows. It is the defining human project of our era. The convergence of AI, decentralized systems, and longevity science is where she spends most of her intellectual energy — and where she sees the most meaningful growth opportunities emerging.
Jordan is currently completing her BA in Integrated Social Sciences at the University of Washington, where she is named to the ISS Directors' List for Academic Achievement (4.0 GPA). Her portfolio focus is AI ethics and transhumanism — the philosophical and ethical dimensions of the exact technological frontier where she operates. She previously studied Marketing/Marketing Management at Judson University, where she earned Dean's List honors and became the school's first Track and Field All-American. She plans to pursue a Master's degree at the intersection of AI, longevity, and business strategy.
A Chicago native, Jordan is a decorated track athlete and hunter/jumper equestrian who now calls Seattle home. Recently adding skiing to her pursuits, she is equally at home on a mountain as she is in a boardroom — driven by a passion for new trails, a tenacious spirit, and an insatiable curiosity for what comes next.
